Federal Student Aid:

Any student interested in applying for federal financial assistance must first complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Zion Massage College may provide the student with information and estimates on federal, state, or other financial aid, which the student may apply and qualify for. However, it is important to note that federal, state and other authorities, and not schools, determine the student’s eligibility status and amounts of financial aid, which the student is entitled to receive. Please contact ZMC’s financial aid office for additional information.

Federal financial assistance is available to those who qualify in the forms of Direct Stafford Loans and/or Pell Grants. For those who qualify, Grants, such as the Federal Pell Grant, do not have to be paid back. Grants are based on financial need. Please be aware that, unlike Grants, loans must be paid back.

Depending on the type of loan (subsidized or unsubsidized) you may or may not have a grace period on the interest. To find out if you qualify for Direct Loans or the Federal Pell Grant, fill out the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at FAFSA.ed.gov.
